11AM Saturday: Hurricane Irma Weakens to Category 3 As It Skirts Cuba

Hurricane Irma has weakened to a category 3 storm with winds of 125mph as it skirts the coast of northern Cuba Saturday morning. 

The storm is located 90 miles ESE of Varadero Cuba moving west at 9mph. 

Hurricane Watches have been issued for coastal Georgia and parts of South Carolina including Jasper, Beaufort, and Colleton Counties. A tropical storm watch is issued for Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester counties.
